Every Platinum Puppy family begins here. It takes about five minutes to activate.
Included by your breeder — nothing to buy
If your puppy comes from a participating Platinum Puppy™ breeder, your family membership has already been provided and paid for. You only need to verify your Breeder Enrollment ID.
What happens, in order

Verify eligibility
Enter the Breeder Enrollment ID your participating breeder gave you. It is checked privately before anything else happens.

Create your account or log in
Name, email, mobile number, and a password. Returning families simply log in — no ID needed again.

Activate your membership
Your membership is already provided and paid for by your breeder. There is nothing to purchase.

Complete required onboarding
The orientation video, the 8 to 12 Week Behavior Development Plan, and your family intake.

Not eligible yet?
Platinum Puppy Village™ membership cannot be purchased. It is reserved for families whose breeder partnered with the Platinum Puppy™ Development Program before conception, and it requires a valid Breeder Enrollment ID.
