Platinum Puppy™ Village provides puppy-development education, family preparation materials, planning worksheets, and program support. We provide information and coaching, not veterinary care, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Program fees are stated on the relevant program page and are due before access is provided. Access is personal to your family and may not be resold, shared, recorded, or redistributed.

Participation does not guarantee service-dog status, therapy-dog status, emotional support animal status, facility-dog or working-dog outcome, public-access rights, legal status, certification, health outcome, temperament outcome, placement, or any other specific result. Every puppy and family is different.

Nothing on this site or in our programs replaces the judgment of a licensed veterinarian, veterinary behaviorist, or other qualified professional. If your puppy is unwell, injured, or showing sudden behavior changes, contact your veterinarian. In an emergency, seek immediate veterinary care.

You remain solely responsible for the care, supervision, containment, health, licensing, and behavior of your dog at all times, including during and after any activity we suggest. You agree to use your own judgment about whether an activity is safe for your puppy, your family, and others.

All course materials, worksheets, videos, page content, marks, and the Platinum Puppy™ name and emblem are owned or licensed by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your own family. You may not copy, teach from, or distribute them commercially without written permission.

Do not attempt to access other families' records, disrupt the service, scrape the site, or submit false information. We may suspend accounts that do.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or a program is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may close your account at any time. Questions: Hello@DogsNU.org.
